In states not listed above, Pockyt provides its services under either (a) an applicable statutory exemption, such as an agent-of-payee exemption, or (b) a sponsorship or agency relationship with a chartered bank that holds the applicable regulatory authority. The specific basis applicable in a given state is documented internally and is available upon request from compliance@pockyt.io or to any counterparty conducting regulatory due diligence.

Disclosures

No endorsement. The issuance of a license to Pockyt by any state agency does not constitute an endorsement, approval, or recommendation of Pockyt or its products or services by that state or any other regulatory authority.

Not FDIC/NCUA insured. Funds transmitted through Pockyt's services are not deposits and are not insured by the FDIC, NCUA, or any other governmental agency, except to the extent such funds are held in a pass-through insured account at a partner bank as described in an agreement between us and our customers.

Complaints. If you have a complaint about Pockyt's money transmission services, you may contact us at compliance@pockyt.io. You may also file a complaint with the regulator in your state, or through NMLS Consumer Access, or with the applicable state regulator listed in the table above.
